You still have a very nice head of hair! Continue to observe your crown and see how things progress - hopefully with the treatments you're using the loss will be slowed down or halted. Your temporal loss is much greater than the minimal loss you have at your crown. This can be restored through surgical intervention and you would be looking at something in the region of 2000-2500 grafts to achieve a nice, dense result. I would recommend contacting different clinics for proper assessments that are more personal than can be offered here.

Great results so far. I won't recommend any surgery at the moment. I will wait for another 3-6 months for more stable hair loss and regrowth of the thinning areas. Also keep in mind that the medications will need to continue for years. Congratulations on starting hair maintenance and hair loss prevention at an early age- you definitely want to continue the minoxidil and finasteride.  Hard to give an accurate graft count from the photos provided.  That area is often between 800 and 1400 grafts, but you need to be evaluated in person to know for sure.  Good luck!
