ALMA Q Nd Yag laser or PICOWAY? Which one will be suitable to remove dense black tattoo in skin tone V? Which one can remove the tattoo without any damage to the tattooed skin? Will it look normal like before?

Hello, thank you for your question and for including a photo.  The way a laser rids the skin of unwanted ink is, it shatters the ink into tiny particles and the body absorbs those particles.  The latest technology in laser tattoo removal is the pico-second technology.  The PicoWay Laser (Candela/Syneron) uses photoacoustic impact/pressure waves rather than photothermal/heat.  This process has less heat, therefore it is more comfortable and the chances of hyperpigmentation are less.  The Pico-second pulse shatters the ink into even smaller particles, allowing the body to more easily absorb the ink.  This type of device can usually remove unwanted ink in about half as many treatments as the traditional Q-switch device.  I do not really consider this "dense" ink, you should be able to get good results from the PicoWay device.  That being said, no one can guarantee complete removal without any scarring.  Your body plays a part in the removal process so it is impossible to guarantee anyone, complete removal with no scarring.  The post care of the tattoo is also a very important element in the healing process.  The pico-second technology is the safest form of energy available, therefore, the safest device available especially for darker skin types.
