Are orbital rim implants enough to lift lower eyelids or is canthoplasty necessary? (photo)

I don’t mind my negative canthal tilt, I would just like a slight lift to my lower eyelid and have it a little more straight. Will custom made orbital rim implants do the job?

In your case two options are available; replacement of the implants with larger and extended implants to cover for volume loss or fat grafting on top of the existing implants. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial implants is recommended....

Facial fillers are now long lasting, forgiving, and are able to accomplish the same result as cheek implants. Cheek implants can cause bony resorption which worsens mid face projection.
