Fat grafting for facial asymmetry?

25 yo here, I have rather asymmetrical face due to an extraction I had years ago. One part of my face is sagging on tha hollownedd ( I think?) and creating a bumpy like cheek.. Im wondering if fat grafting could solve anything at this point?
