32M with B/G of seborrheic dermatitis 1/52 in remission presents with androgenetic alopecia. 10/7 ago started 1mg finesteride and 1mg oral minoxidil. Taking viviscal hair supplement and viviscal hair oil for thinning hair. There are conflicting evidence in research regarding microneedling for hair loss. What is your experience on microneedling alone (without PRP or topical minoxidil). What needle length and how often would you recommend? Thank you
