I'm very self conscious about my side profile as my nose seems to droop down. I also notice that my cheek seem uneven & my side of mouth sags down too. I can contour my nose to make it seem button nose from front but from side it looks bad. What may be recommended to help make me look beautiful?
Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Chin This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined Always use at home derma rolling (see link to Emerageskin x anteageMD roller plus stem cells/hyaluronic acid ampules) and peels like emeragecosmetics enlighten or aerify that can be used to improve skin quality and tighten the skin while improving wrinkles, pigmentation, acne, and Melasma. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: How you may benefit from dermal fillers Thank you for your question and for the photos you provided. Dermal fillers are an ideal non-surgical option for addressing your concerns. These hyaluronic acid formulas can subtly lift mouth corners and a droopy nose while improving overall symmetry to create a balanced, natural-looking result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector. They will be able to discuss your concerns and suggest the best treatment option to enhance your natural beauty.

Answer: Botox Hi @faelavendar! You look beautiful already, but at my practice we can help you subtly address your concerns. A non-surgical approach to help with the droopy tip would be to add a few units of Botox below the septum of the nose. This paralyzes the depressor septi nasi muscle, resulting in the nose having a lifted and lighter look. For the downturned smile, you can inject a few units of Botox into the DAO muscle. Treatment will cause the corners of the mouth to be slightly lifted, giving the mouth a more relaxed, happy, youthful and pleasing appearance. I hope this helps :)

Answer: Fillers Can Work Well For Contouring & Elevating A Drooping Nasal Tip The short answer to your question is that fillers have been used successfully (I personally have been performing them for about twenty years) for treating a variety of nasal profile issues, most especially bumps and humps, and, relevant to your question here, for contouring and elevating the nasal tip for improvement in profile. Filler nose jobs require experience and expertise and should not be left to the hands of novice injectors medspa venues accustomed to treating simple smile lines with ordinary Juvederm of plain Restylane. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be certain to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.

Answer: Rhinoplasty for nasal narrowing and a "polybeak" Your lower bridge projects a drop too far relative to your nasal tip. On front view, your nose may be a bit wide. If you are having dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, consider consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer imaging, so you could see what to expect after surgery. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
