I have been using HA fillers for elevating and shaping nasal tips for many years with gratifying results. The particular issue here is filler treatment after a prior surgical rhinoplasty. Changes in the anatomic position of blood vessels and entrapment of blood vessels in post-surgical fibrous tissue are the particular issues when considering any filler injection treatments following a surgical rhinoplasty. Experience and skill are required. So, it would be wise to make sure to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology injector when pursuing this option, rather than risking a cut-rate, novice injector or medspa venue accustomed to simple filler injections for smile lines. It's difficult to give recommendations based on only one view in the photograph. You need to be extremely careful placing filler into noses due to the risk of vascular occlusion and the risk is even higher in a post-rhinoplasty nose due to the changes in the vascular supply post-surgery. If you decide to got this route please go back to your original surgeon who has all the detail of how the tissue was dissected.
