Is filler a good option to lift my tip 14 months post rhinoplasty? (photo)

I got a rhinoplasty 14 months ago. The results were really subtle and I wish the tip was a bit more pointy and lifted. Is adding filler to the tip safe/a good option? Or should I just Leave it as-is? I want to avoid a revision if possible.
