Sharp "Pop" Sensation and Burning Pain with New Breast Implants

jdub2005
I had 350cc cohesive silicone implants put in 3 days ago via the peri-aereola approach. Just now I lifted my laptop onto my lap and felt a sharp "pop" feeling inside my right breast (behind the nipple area) followed by a burning sensation. Now, 10 minutes later, it feels fine. What happened? How can I know if I popped a stitch?
