It's been a year since I got laser hair removal on my happy trail, I was burned because I had marks but they went away. i went out into the sun for a little and they appeared again, it's been a year and I still have them and can't get rid of them. It's like 10 little dots and it makes me self conscious.

Answer: Discoloration after #LaserHairRemoval Dear annon9:So sorry to hear of your problem! It is important to seek treatment from a board-certified dermatologist who has both Alexandrite and a longer wavelength such as Nd:Yag or diode, who will be able to evaluate your skin and hair and choose settings that will permanently eliminate hair without burning or postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. Now that you have had this problem for a year or more, you will want to apply a properly formulated retinol and Glycolic acid cream, and possibly something called Lytera as well. It will eventually resolve with the proper care. All the best!
