Foul breath due to 2 crowns next to each other. Recommendations? Should I get it pulled?

It's certainly not normal that your crowns are causing foul breath. The most likely reason is that the area around these crowns is not able to be cleaned adequately, allowing for bacteria to accumulate and cause the smell.
The source of the problem may be the gums or the crowns, it's impossible to say without examining you. I know it can be very frustrating dealing with a problem through multiple dentists without resolution, don't give up! Talk to your dentist about conservative options for improving gum health, and also about what is involved with replacement both of the crown and the most affected tooth to have a better idea of your options moving forward.

Try to use super floss to pass between your teeth use water pick, use mouth wash free alcohol or interdental brush tooth that will help you with the hygienic and take out all the food that cause foul breath.
