Two Fraxel Treatments at 550 and 850, No Change?

Hi, Ive had two fraxel treatments at 550 5 8passes then one last week at 850 9 8. No change for the better My derm said I'm thin skinned and this is not the best treatment for me. I also had a Sitcon micro laser peel in between which actually scared me more, and caused other issues with black eyes and vision issues (at least I think the vision issues is related due to timing). BTW my derm did not perform the treatments.
