I had all my top teeth pulled and implants and a temp put in on the same day. I have an appointment in a few days for xrays and impressions. I had to pay 25,000.00 up front, which was a huge amount from my retirement fund. I am 69 years old. Any questions I should ask him would be helpful. It has been 2 months now and all the teeth are lose. Should I be concerned? He filed them down some. He hates the look and color, as do I. He said I am healing fast so I only have to wait 2 months for the permanent teeth.

Implant and fixed options are better now than they have ever been. I would get a consultation, 3D xray, and learn more about what can be done.
During the exposure of dental implant, second stage surgery no antibiotic is needed, unless your medical history is compromised. It is much easier than placing the dental implant, and usually a healing cap is placed prior to restoring the dental implant.
You should definitely tell your doctor what happened and voice your concerns. There's no way of knowing if the implant was affected until the doctor checks it and takes an xray.
