I can see a strange scary bright light in my pupil after cataract surgery. Any suggestions?

I've had cataract surgery 4 weeks ago in my left eye ( I'm 43 years old) I can see clearly now but when I look in the mirror and the light is shining in the mirror my pupil looks strange. It looks like there is a eyedrop in my eye and I can see a very bright light reflecting in my pupil, it is scary and sometimes other people can see the same in my eye... Will this dissapear? Or is there anything that will help make it dissapear like collored contact lens?

The acrylic material of the most commonly used intra-ocular lenses has this cosmetic side effect.
Some people call it "Terminator Eye".  The only way to get rid of this cosmetic issue is to exchange the lens for another one of different material. It's low risk but not now risk to exchange the lens. It's easier to do in the first few weeks after surgery and before Yag capsulotomy is done. 
Exchanges for cosmetic reasons are rarely done and usually not covered by insurance.

What you are seeing is likely the internal reflection of light from your intraocular lens. Clearly this will not disappear as long as the implant remains in your eye. Cosmetic concerns should be discussed with your surgeon.
