I'm just wondering as if how long will I have to live with this! Cuz thers no fluid in my ears no hearing loss no pain but I just don't feel normal constant pressure in my ears clicking noise every time i swallow, post nasal drip! tried flutinoase, afrin antibiotics were prescribed to me nd nothing seems to work , I've done saline rinses the whole nine yard. I've recently looked up balloon sinuplasty and I'm wondering if I should be giving this a thought!

I don't think that I would rush into another procedure, such as balloon sinuplasty to address your "ETD" also known as eustachian tube dysfunction ie. pressure build up in your ears.  It sounds like you already tried various allergy treatments.  The next step would be to try an antibiotic along with a full nasal exam with an endoscope, in office (a camera).  If your symptoms persist, a CT scan of the sinuses would be helpful.  It is possible you developed a sinus infection, unrelated to surgery.  Follow up with your surgeon esp. if he is dual board certified, ENT and plastic surgery; otherwise consult with an ENT specialist.
