Initially I didn't have hairloss; started using Minoxidil to maintain healthy hair without consulting doctor. Now have hairloss?

I used minoxidil for one month. From then I'm loosing 100 hairs per day which is abnormal. It's been one year still I'm loosing my hair. Please suggest me the good treatment. Thanking u.
