I want to remove my stitch marks on my nose is there any availability? (photo)

around 17yrs back because of meeting an accident.doctor stitched my upper end of the nose a 4 mark has been sticked on to my face...i'm feeling ugly because of it.is der any treatment in order to remove it perminently
