Hi,Thanks for your question.if the darkness is because of dry skin then vaseine will be of some help.If not then vaseline will not be much of help.You need to apply some skin lightening cream which has kojic,vitamin C,and preferably you should start some multivitamins.

Hi,thanks for your question.Discontinue using veet cream.As you are developing an allergic reaction to the cream.Start with a mild steroid cream like desowen cream.Apply it for few days and then discontinue its application.Consult a dermatologist if no improvement.
