Can butts be lowered? I believe my butt sits too high.

Thanks for the question, it is possible to perform removals of excess skin and fat at the bottom of the buttock to improve shape but it is very important that it is done conservatively so that the incision does not split apart when you bend!

Your description says you don't have excess fat, so sculpting via liposuction seems not an option. Without a photo or personal examination, it is impossible to speculate, but your skeletal support and lean body mass are defined, and changing those attributes (good or bad) is really not possible.However, if you wish, a personal consultation with one or more ABPS-certified plastic surgeons can give you a more definitive answer.
