I had Natrelle Breast Implants put under the muscle, 4.5 months ago. Did jumping into water damage my implant?

Breast implants can sustain a significant amount of blunt force trauma without causing a rupture. Most likely, you have not caused any problems, but it is absolutely acceptable to have your surgeon take a quick look at you to be certain.
