It is possible that you have capsular contracture. You should get reevaluated by your surgeon and develop a plan for treatment. Capsular contracture can be corrected and does not mean that the implant will need to be removed, though it may require replacement with a new implant. Good luck

If the volume of the prosthesis is artificially supported by capsular contracture the native breast can fall over the prosthesis creating a snout like appearance. This appears to be what is happening in the photograph provided.

If your implants are still too high it is almost impossible they would correct now. It is possible that you have a capsular contracture. In any event reoperation may be necessary to solve the problem.
