Hallo, Im coming across conflicting inormation. Some sources say its 3 months, some 6, others that its not before a year has passed. If Im not happy about the results after 3 months is there anything I could do to disturb the process of revascularization? By pressing very hard for example in the treated area or smoking or taking lots of caffeine? Could RF treatments at this stage help? Are fat transfers in the upper cheeks always irreversible?

Good Afternoon! Facial fat transfer is a great way to improve volume within the face. I tell my patients that 30-50% of the fat transferred, on average, will not survive. Therefore, we must overinflate the area to anticipate for this. I always save fat as well to reinject in any irregularities...
Attempts at grafting fat at the dermal level around the eyes will put you at high risk for having contour irregularities with lumps and other undesirable side effects. it’s a very difficult area to work in as it is.
I don’t think you would obtain the results you want and there’s a high risk ...
Fat or sculptra are both great products to pad the temples. Blunt cannulas should be used making the fact that you have visible veins there not an issue. Having said that, not all cannulas and surgeons are created equal. Do choose your surgeon wisely.
