Answer: Bulbous tip Thank you for the photos and obviously a full examination is needed. From what you have sent I would suggest that you would also benefit from a chin augmentation to give better balance to your face, thereby making your nose appear smaller. That said I would find a board certified PS or surgeons in your area that can take your photo and alter it digitally, with your input, until your see the result that you would like on your face. Assuming that result is realistic, the surgeon would be able to fully inform you as to how it might be accomplished.

Answer: Bulbous nose tip Based on your photos, the following are my assessment:board nasal bridgedeviated bridge to the right with asymmetrical nostrilsdeviated tip - columella to the rightthink skin on the nasal tipbulbous with drooping tippossibility of septal deviation (not seen on photo but possible)small bump on the left of the tipchin forward deficiencyTo get the best result, all these issues have to be corrected by Septo-Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant. However, if your concern is the bulbous tip alone, this can still be improved by "refinement tip plasty" which will include removal of the excess fibro-fatty tissue, thinning out of the skin, enhancement of the tip framework by cartilage, upturning of the tip and removal of the bump by laser.
