How soon can I get a Sculptra injected to hips after a Brazilian Butt Lift?

Question

On January 5, 2022 I had a Brazilian butt lift but my hip dips are already significantly coming back. I'm seriously considering getting sculptra but I am wondering if it's safe to be stabbing into the freshly grafted fat. I don't want to kill any of the fat that did survive. So how soon could I safely get sculptra injections

you are still in the early postoperative period so you should be patient and wait to see the final results. Most plastic surgeons would recommend you to wait at least 6 months prior to another procedure.

No? Well that's how much Sculptra it would take to take away 'significant hip dips'. Don't be conned, fillers are for SMALL defects. Anything else is exorbitantly expensive. Regardless, you'll need about 5 more months before you can really assess the results of your surgery.

Sculptra likely won't help much after a BBL.  It can in very small areas add some volume but nothing compared to a BBL.  I'd advise letting your BBL fully and completely heal for 6 months and doing a photo comparison to see how much fat you retained.  To fill in a hip dip, fat would be a much better opinion so maybe consider a second, smaller BBL.

You are ready now for Sculptra injections to hip dips. If fat not surviving by now it will not. Look for fees for Sculptra since it is rather expensive.... Regards drfixitmiami on IG for fees

Generally speaking, with most cosmetic surgical procedures three months is enough time for all the healing to have taken place and  the swelling to have come down significantly if not completely. At that point in time Sculptra may be added to the areas of fat grafting. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
