I have a DIY hand poked tattoo I want removed. It is black ink and I have fair skin. I booked a consultation for a tattoo removal clinic that uses Quanta EVO laser. However, my general dermatologist offers removal with a PicoSure laser. Which treatment would be better in my situation?
