I've been done couple of laser tattoo removal on my left bottom arm. Some works well, slow but sure (black ink). But the worst part is the colored ink (on my outer part of the arm). Lots of kindda brown/black dots have been appeared right after 1 week post treatment. I just wanna know. What is it called. and will it be disappeared after the tattoo completely removed ?

The safest way to treat darker skin types is with a pico laser using 1064nm wavelenth. Any other wavelength or a Q-switch laser can cause depigmentation (the area will turn white) and/or scarring. The piqo4 should work fine as should the Enlighten, Picoway, etc. Best of luck.
Rust-red color is expected of cosmetic inks. Continued treatment is required. The longer you wait the better, but treatments may be as close together as 8 weeks.
Best of luck to you.
Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
