Since I was little I've had these two bumps on my forehead and since I've grown up, I can notice that they are slowly growing as well. I'm not sure who to consult about this and how I could possibly get them removed. Could insurance cover this?

Based on your photo it seems that your skull is cone-shaped, with a extra length at the vertex (top of the head). The proper correction of this bony deformity will require cranioplasty, or reshaping of the skull, which is usually done by neurosurgeons and is an extensive surgical procedure....
It is possible to correct such defects with properly sized and placed orbital floor implants or grafting. The surgery does take a couple of weeks to recover from. Find a facial plastic surgeon or occuloplastic surgeon that routinely treats trauma.
Thank you for your question. If there is pus coming out around the plate, the plate needs to be removed. Pus is a sign of infection. The bone should have healed by now - but an xray or CT would be useful to confirm that prior to plate removal.The plate acts as a foreign body to which bugs attach...
