Had a mole shaved off 2 days ago. How long do I need to keep it bandged with ointment?

Had a small mole shaved off two days ago on my inner wrist. I wash it twice a day with soap and water and i put ointment and a bandaid after wards. I was wondering how long i needed to keep doing this.
