I’m 41, starting to see aging on my face. Sunspots, largest pores i’ve ever seen blackheads, uneven pigmentation. I have combination oily skin. I’m even too afraid to wash with cleansers, but I actually don’t break out often. Which is better for me to spend 3 sessions with the Skin Pen(microneedling)? Or 3 sessions with Morpheus8 AND I heard Evolve is good tool for skin tightening?? please looking for suggestions.

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Hello,I really like either Morpheus or Radiofrequency Microneedling. The skin pen pales in comparison to the results you can get with the other two. When one of the other two are coupled with a chemical peel or PRP you really get a nice improvement. We have one of only two units of the INTRACEL RFMN in Pennsylvania.Dr. Farole

Hi there,

You need to get started on Obagi either the CRX or the NuDerm system.
Use that for about 6 to 8 weeks and then consider laser.  Like the Clear and Brilliant.
You also need some filler as you do have quite a bit of volume loss.  
Have a consultation with a Board Certified Dermatologist to get you started on prescription strength products.
