The short answer: yes.  you CAN veneer these teeth.  However, the bond to the retained baby tooth isn't the same, and the root of that tooth would be in question.  It is likely it won't last as long but will work "for a while".  If you do braces first, you can get the teeth to be in their ideal position, and the veneers can be as conservative as possible (less tooth structure removed).Your case is a challenging one, not all dentists can do it well.  Do your homework to find the best provider with the most experience.
