I'm considering scalp subcision of CVG furrows, fat liposuction to harvest fat and fat injection into the CVG furrows to prevent them from scarring back down and to achieve a lasting, smooth contour of my scalp. I would treat your scars with subcision and RFM. It will take 2-3 treatments and won't improve the skin 100%. If still not to your satisfaction after those treatments, consider one CO2 laser treatment. It hard to make recommendations with just one picture and not seeing you in person but that's...

I'd say you can start 1 month, but to be totally safe 3 months, after stopping isotretinoin/Accutane. Most importantly is to seek a dermatologist expert in subcision, it is not a spa/salon treatment and requires training/expertise for optimal results & safety.
