Many fine lines everywhere and volume loss in 26 year old: Botox, filler, tretinoin already?

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Juvederm Volite is currently unavailable in U.S. market. However, a popular alternative is Belotero. Belotero is used for fine lines and is used like volite for both plumping and rejuvenating the skin. Much like restylane skin boosters available outside the us.

There are many things can that impact the way our skin looks. Just some include genetics, diet, sleep, stress, weight loss or gain, and smoking. A good skin care routine is important. There are several treatments and products to help strengthen and prevent premature aging in the skin. It is very important to be using the right products for your skin. Products with retinol to help stimulate the cells is very important to add in your skin care regimen. Treatments to help stimulate collagen production and exfoliation are also important and always protect your skin from the sun. Botox/Xeomin/Dysport are always recommended to help prevent lines.
 I would recommend an in person consultation to determine a treatment plan and products best recommended for you.

The main thing you need is a good skin care routine. Cleanse with a mild cleanser such as Cetaphil twice a day, apply sunscreen in Am with SPF 30 and retinol at night.  this is basic and for more care see a board certified dermatologist. i do not see volume loss in the photo
