Dr in my area that can help achieve this result (appreciate the shape I have & hope to accommodate my desired outcome)? (Photos)

I would like to have a lip injection procedure done. The pictured results I hear are obtainable for "anyone" given a few (3) visits. What should I ask for, how much, and how do I find this doctor locally with the obvious board certifications? I have been following this doctor for a while and the results are consistent with her statements; I have not been able to find similar, visual, results locally.
