Should I combine BodyTite lipo for bra roll with my scheduled breast reduction?

I am considering having both procedures at the same time but am concerned with recovery in regards to having to lay on my back for the breast reduction recovery. Will that make swelling worse on my back? Or in any other way impede that recovery? I am already very nervous to have "any" procedure done and thinking about recovering from two affecting front and back makes me worry. I assume I will have to wear a compression garment for both?

A lot of women who have large breasts have excess skin and fat in the lateral chest and extend into the back in the bra roll. With the Bodytite 40 W system, I'm getting excellent fat removal and skin tightening to complement the breast reduction. Recovery time is less than a week in most cases. Breast reduction is probably one of the most rewarding procedures that I have performed over the last 35 years. Thank you for your question.  The liposuction to your back may cause you some discomfort in this area, but not to the extent that you will not be able to lay on your back.  Many patients will have liposuction combined with breast reduction surgery.  The swelling will be worse, but it should not impede your recovery.  You will need a garment that provides compression to both areas.
