 I'm sorry to hear about the concerns you have. Yes, it is possible for breast implants (depending on its type/shape/profile) to move and/or rotate. Sometimes, this movement may translate to the change in appearance of the breast involved.  Also, what may occur with significant pressure is a “fracture” of the scar tissue (capsule)  around the breast implant;  this may allow for movement of the implant  and/or more visibility/palpability of the breast implant.
