Using 0.01% Tretinoin gel, not really doing anything for me. (Photo)

Question

I am a 45 year old African American. I was prescribe 0.01% Tretinoin gel and I've be using it for bout 2 months but it not doing much of nothing. Should I just try a more higher strength? It's doing nothing for me. Im using it for anti aging affects? Also I need a good night moisturizer after my tretinoin gel can you please help me. I have aged alot due to depression and stress. And I've heard tretinoin gel is good for aged skin.please I'm needing

you need much more than retin A for antiaging, in my practice we do a combination of topical creams, peels, lasers and microneedling to prevent aging, treat large pores and pigmentation and improve complexion.  Please see a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Retin A will improve your skin when used over months and years.  I would also suggest Teoxane medical grade skin care.
