Hello Angelms! This is a very important question you've posed! Indeed, any RF treatment can affect thread lifts and HA fillers. In our practice, we recommend completing an RF series prior to placing threads or fillers whenever possible. If threads are already in place, we recommend waiting at least 6 months before doing any RF over the area. While it may not "dissolve" the threads, the likelihood of the threads metabolizing faster, and thus "losing" the lift, is too high to risk wasting your time and money. If you would like to learn more or see how we would approach your concerns, please feel free to contact our office and schedule a consultation. We would love to meet you!
