Is the Emsculpt NEO a more powerful muscle builder than gen 1 Emsculpt even when the RF/heat is turned off (protocol setting for glutes) I am lean and don’t want to lost fat but do want to use the machine that offers the most powerful muscle building

Treatments with 8 sessions are always much better than with 4, especially for toning and building muscle. For fat loss, liposuction would be best, but you may see some improvement.
