Thank-you for your question. Tip is the last part of the nose from where the swelling goes down. It is true that your tip looks bulbous but I would request you to be patient for another couple of months till at least one year has passed from your procedure. One indication that most of the swelling has gone is that the swelling does not change from the morning till night and gently compressing the nose does not improve the swelling. The only thing I can imagine is that a lot of cartilage grafting was done which made your nose bulkier. Wait a while longer to see if swelling goes down. If not you may need a revision
