Hooded Ala; Unhappy, What Are My Options? (Photo)

Hi. I'm an asian female with somewhat thick skin (not too thick but not too thin either). I previously had an alar base reduction done using the wedge excision technique. This procedure left me with a slightly lower hanging ala (which was the complete opposite of what I was looking for) Is there a way to bring the ala back up?
