I have an appt for consultation and possible treatment for deep nasolabial folds on Wednesday July 22. I currently use Duac and Tazarac on alternate nights (keeps acne under control). Should I stop using these medications prior to the filler injection? What about after?

Tazorac is a good option for comedonal acne such as blackhead & whiteheads, and may help modestly with cystic acne. Best to see your dermatologist for proper treatment, which will usually involve some pills, such as antibiotics, oral contraceptives, and/or isotretinoin. Photodynamic therapy is...
Both are good products, but both can cause some irritation, especially at the beginning while your skin is getting used to the product. My preference would be to use azelaic acid in the morning, and tazorac at night.
Unfortunately there is nothing over the counter that matches
the efficacy of Tazorac. Tazorac is the name brand of a prescription retinoid. Retinoids
