I am sorry to hear about your results.

Fortunately, a droopy eyelid following Botox injections should resolve and return to it's pre-treatment state.  The drooping is expected to improve as the effect of the Botox wears off, typically within three to four months.  In the meantime, you may consider returning to your provider, as he/she can examine you and determine if you are a good candidate for prescription eyedrops (which may be used in some cases to improve the drooping).

Your morning skin care regimen should include :

-  Sunscreen (SPF 30 with broad-spectrum UVA/UVB coverage and ideally a physical blocker such as zinc oxide).

-  Growth factors

Your night time regimen should include:

-  Retinoid (helps to stimulate collagen production)
-  Moisturizer 

Your skin care regimen can then be tailored to specifically address any other specific skin cocerns (redness, acne, pigmentation, etc) if needed.  You can discuss your skin care goals with your cosmetic dermatologist to determine the best products in each category for you as this may change with skin type.

You may use the clindamycin/benzoyl peroxide after washing your face in the morning and continue the tretinoin at night time.  

You may improve the appearance of the nasolabial folds with injectable fillers.  Hylauronic acid based fillers such as juvederm and restylane are great options for this area and may last for up to 8 months.  These are also nice for patients who are new to fillers as if you do not like it, the filler may be reversed with hylauronidase.  Radiesse is also a great option for deeper lines and has a longer-lasting effect up to 1 year.  You may discuss with your cosmetic dermatologist which filler would be best for you.
