I have had a mole under my left armpit my whole life but recently it is like swollen and very itchy. (photo)

Is it skin cancer?  It's swollen and like flaky and has a scab like texture. It's so itchy i can't tell you. It's dark brown and has a continuous color throughout. what should i do next?

I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist. If necessary, this can be removed again with lasers, radiowave or shave. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

The mole on the end of your nose appears to be raised.  If this is the case, it could be shaved off and should not leave a big, noticeable scar after it heals.
