Can I get rid of my butt dents? I am over 20.

Hello, I have butt dents on both my cheeks, and it has always bothered me. I just recently started losing weight but it looks like the dents are becoming more apparent.

It is hard to comment too much without more info or at least a photo. However, I have fixed many buttock dents as well as enlarging and firming buttocks with fat transfer. I would see a plastic surgeon who does fat transfers for butt augmentation to be evaluated. Good luck.

Hi and thanks for the question. You would need an examination to adequately answer you question. Some indentations on the buttocks can be related to cellulite which can't be permanently corrected. Best of Luck- Dr Hardy

Buttocks indents can be corrected optimally with fat transfer. This has been popularized by the surgery coined as the Brazilian Buttocks Lift.
