What is the best whitening cream for bikini line?

They are quite dark and I think caused from shaving maybe. They were dark originally but got dark with shaving. I live in the UK can you please advise me on creams that actually work? Thank you.

Hello, generally if laser is not an option I recommend chemical peels in office and hydroquinone at home to even out skin tone.  I'm sorry that hydroquinone didn't work for you in the past.  You may notice some improvement with a series of chemical peels.
