Exillis done at too high of heat on face - advice? (photo)

I had the exillis face treatment, 3 months ago. 6 treatments and I am left with what looks like lumps+excess skin around my mouth, and now very insecure. I have been researching reasons why this is happening. I came across an article about when Radiofrequency is used at too high of heat, how it can cause the outcome I’m left with. I’m assuming this won’t resolve on its own. Is there anything I can do? I’m embarrassed and worried this is what I’m stuck with. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

RF treatments are safe over implants, although I find that forma/contoura does better for bi montly treatment and thermage as every 3-6 months treatment. Best, Dr. Emer.
