Can I take hepatitis B vaccine while I am on roaccutane (izotretinoin)?

Question

I am 23 years old and have been taking roaccutane for my acne problems for the last two months.my doctor said that I need to continue with it for a couple of months more. But I forgot to mention her that I took three doses of hepatitis B vaccine last year and I have another dose due this week. I would be very glad if anyone can please tell me that is this going to be harmful for my health. Or is there is any way out through this ???

It is fine if you get the Hepatitis B vaccine while on a course of Accutane. There are no issues. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
