The right breast does illustrate bottoming out and "double bubble". However, that is not the only problem.  I note a question mark as you note the rupture causing a fever. I have seen a number of ruptured implants in 28+ years of practice, none accompanied by fever. This is a complex problem. The left breast looks ok, and I would not think it to have been underdissected. What caused the combination of issues on the right I could not say based only on the photos attached here. Stay in close touch with your surgeon. The infection and its treatment may not permit the timing to work out with your schedule.  Sorry to read of the difficulties you are having.  All the best. 

You have a complex breast history and currently a complex asymmetry. You may have a double bubble/"bottoming out" on the right and it sounds as though there may be some type of infection. Keep in close contact with your plastic surgeon to help you through this acutely. You will likely need a revision at a later time.
