It is possible that you still have swelling, depending on the severity of the break.  The majority of swelling should subside by 6-8 weeks.  If you still have persistent swelling, consult with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will accurately examine your nose and formulate a plan tailored to your individual needs.  Best wishes!

Hello and thank you for your question.  After a nasal fracture, I think 3 months is  reasonable amount of time to wait for the swelling to truly disappear.  If you your nose looks different than before or you have difficulty breathing, you should consult a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to review your options.  Good luck.Aaron Kosins, MDPlastic & Rhinoplasty Surgeon

Thank you for the question and the photos.  Injury in general creates swelling and the nose often shows swelling more readily than other part of our body for a number of reasons.  Whatever swelling you do have will inevitably go away and the size of your nose should return back to normal.  Significant injury can lead to scar tissue which can permanently add volume or size to the nose but this type of injury does not seem to be what happen in your case.All the best,Dr. Remus Repta
