Hi! I am a 23 y/o Female. I do not like my characteristics from certain angles and even more so without makeup. I want to achieve facial balancing/ symmetry. What types of procedures would you recommend. I am worried of fillers as new research shows no true dissolvement, but migration. Areas I do not like: Downward Lip,one side of my face looks "fuller or lifted",uneven eyebrows, undereye, chin fat, one eye is bigger, nose width More open to noninvasive procedures. Thank you!!
Answer: Facial harmony We all have facial asymmetry to some degree and yours is certainly normal. Treatments like Botox and fillers can help bring better balance. Botox can address brows and jawline fullness. Fillers can help contour the face and correct volume loss. Other treaments such as Morpheus8 can improve quality and texture of the skin. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns more specifically and learn about options.

Answer: Recommendations for Achieving Facial Symmetry and Balance Hello, and thank you for your question. Achieving facial balance and symmetry is a common goal, and there are several non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures that can help address your concerns. Here are some options to consider: Botox for Downward Lip: Botox can be used to relax the muscles that pull the corners of your mouth downward, giving you a more uplifted and balanced appearance. Dermal Fillers for Facial Symmetry: While you have concerns about fillers, they can be very effective in achieving facial symmetry, especially when administered by an experienced injector. Hyaluronic acid fillers are a popular choice, and although there have been concerns about migration, choosing a skilled practitioner greatly reduces this risk. Eyebrow Symmetry: Botox or Dysport can be used to lift and even out your eyebrows. This can create a more symmetrical and youthful appearance. Undereye Treatments: For undereye concerns, options like tear trough fillers or non-invasive treatments such as microneedling with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) can improve the appearance of dark circles and hollows. Chin Fat Reduction: Non-invasive treatments like Kybella (deoxycholic acid) injections can help reduce submental fat (chin fat). Additionally, treatments such as CoolSculpting can be effective for this area. Nose Width: If you are concerned about the width of your nose, a non-surgical rhinoplasty using fillers can help to refine and balance the nose without the need for surgery. Facial Contouring: Non-invasive treatments like Ultherapy or radiofrequency (RF) microneedling can help to tighten and lift the skin, providing a more balanced and youthful appearance. Given your preferences for non-invasive procedures, I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetics. They can provide a comprehensive assessment and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and concerns. Remember, achieving facial harmony often involves a combination of treatments, and working with an experienced provider will help you achieve the best possible results. Warm regards,
