Had a br 12 days ago. The left side was "fuller" right away but now it seems to be more tender, warm to the touch and hard in a area or two. It does not seem to appear to be getting bigger but the warmth worries me and the "harder" areas I had implants before, the left one broke so I opted for both to be removed then have a BR. I have been getting headaches and some hot flushes /chills no temp though so far. Thank you

Answer: Should I be worried if one breast is hard in places and warm to the touch after Breast Reduction?
Breast
reductions are indicated when patients have neck, back or shoulder pain
attributed to large breasts and need weight removal to meet the insurance
criteria. At size 32 each 100 grams of
tissue corresponds to 1 cup size change.
I recommend a new technique called The Ultimate Breast...
As your breast reduction has been approved, it makes sense to proceed with that. As many hospitals give a discounted fee for cosmetic procedures which are done after an insurance case, perhaps a specific area of your liposuction could be done at the same time as your breast reduction...
Riding a horse at 6 weeks should be just fine. Be sure to wear ar least one good supportive bra. Over the next number of months your implants will settle some no matter what yu do. Gravity is gravity. Enjoy yourself.
